For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as used sleeping bags or opened consumables (if applicable) cannot be returned.

  • Since we operate only on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds (if approved) will be issued in cash at the time of product pickup or via an agreed method communicated directly to you.

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

4. Replacement Option
If preferred, you may request a replacement instead of a refund for eligible returns, subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for return and either provide a replacement or issue a refund.
